He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. His leadership experience spans government, aerospace, IT, healthcare, and hospitality, and he has consulted across manufacturing, professional services, distribution, and retail/wholesale industries. His time living abroad and his background in the performing arts bring a unique perspective and creative edge to the learning experiences and solutions he designs.

His experience includes assessing organizational needs, identifying skill gaps, designing annual training plans, and implementing development solutions that support business objectives.
A former golf professional and active PGA Golf Professional with the PGA of America, Eric brings a coaching mindset to his work, helping individuals and organizations improve performance through focused development and practical action.
